Refunds

Snackstamp is operated by JL LLC in Fall River, Massachusetts. These favors are printed for one order. Another customer cannot use them.

Buying one of our patterns starts production. There is no change-of-mind refund after payment, because that order is already being made.

If your note asks for something outside our patterns, you can cancel for a refund until you approve that proof. After that approval, there is no refund for a change of mind, a date change, or a different theme.

If a piece arrives damaged, the printed name does not match the pattern you ordered, or the snack is not the one you ordered, email photos and the order number. We replace those pieces.

If we do not ship within 3 business days after payment, or after proof approval when a proof was required, we offer a refund. The 5–10 day window is transit after that shipment.
